How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping to the United States takes 7-14 business days. Total delivery time is typically 8-17 business days (processing + transit).

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders $75 and above. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate of $8.99.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! All orders include full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Are there any restocking fees?
No, we do not charge restocking fees.

What items cannot be returned?
Made-to-order or customized products, items marked as final sale, and products that have been used or altered cannot be returned.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 days to appear in your account.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order for the item you want.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (Chicago). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
