Returns and Refunds Policy
At Eunice's Touch, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Because our products are Print-on-Demand (custom-made specifically for you), please review our specific guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
2. Change of Mind Returns (Store Credit) We accept change of mind return requests within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are custom Print-on-Demand, approved change of mind returns will receive Store Credit.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change of mind returns.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- We offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us at please contact us at info@eunicestouch.com or (816) 603-1944 within 30 days of delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Items (Full Refund) If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right with a full refund or replacement! No return shipping is required-we'll cover it.
Please email us at info@eunicestouch.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage/defect
4. Return Process & Address To initiate a return, please contact us at info@eunicestouch.com with your order number and photos. Do not ship items back without prior authorization — we will provide return instructions specific to your order.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
5. Refunds & Processing
All refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval and inspection. You will be notified by email once your return is received and reviewed.
- Refund method — "refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days"
- Non-returnable items — final sale/custom items clause
- Defective or Damaged Items: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No return shipping required.
- Wrong Item Received: Refunded in full to your original payment method. No return shipping required.
- Change of Mind: Store credit issued via email once the returned item is received and verified. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Store Credit Option: For any approved refund, customers may alternatively request store credit for the full refund amount. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase at Eunice's Touch.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
